I work with Evan and he's been great. We had multiple tours in our first few weeks and already had our first move-in. Give these guys a shot!

Thx great work.
These guys are awesome. Great team and I highly recommend them.
Super professional company that actually delivers. We got 6 move-ins this month!
I've been with these guys for 4 months now and we had 15 open beds to start. We just filled the last open bed and we're working on building out a waitlist now. These guys are phenomenal.
Their team is very professional and they delivered for us. We needed 8 more residents to fill up and they got it done.
Can't say enough about these guys. We needed 14 beds filled fast and they got it done in 3 months. I recommend them to everyone I can.
Glad I had the opportunity to do business with them! Great service and an amazing team!!
We only have 25 beds and they filled them faster than I thought was possible for a facility my size.
Our biggest problem before working with Zach and Evan was inconsistent tours. Some months we'd get a flood of inquiries and other months nothing. They evened that out for us which has been great.
We went from 60% occupancy to 95% in 4 months. I don't think I'll use A Place for Mom ever again. Evan is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed working with the team here.
Brought census up from 42 to 68 out of 70 beds. Highly recommend.
These guys brought us several move ins just in the last couple months. They screen every inquiry, and we just have to do the tours. I highly recommend working with Evan and his team.
Executive Director, 60-bed assisted living community
Janet had run near-90% occupancy for close to a decade. Then several long-term residents transitioned to skilled nursing in the same quarter, and census dropped to 81% almost overnight. The problem wasn't a shortage of inquiries. Her admissions coordinator was already burning hours on families who were months from deciding, or whose payer source was never going to fit. Janet brought in Occupancy Partners.
What we changed
What happened
"I didn't need someone to tell me census was a problem. I already knew that. What I needed was a way to fix it without my team wasting hours on families who were never going to sign. That's exactly what we got." Janet
Admissions lead, 48-unit dedicated memory care community
Inquiry volume was never David's problem. Families call for memory care constantly, often at the hardest moment of their lives. The problem was what happened after the phone rang: tours booked, then no shows, cancellations, or a family member showing up without the authority to actually decide. David brought in Occupancy Partners to fix the gap between the first call and the tour.
What we changed
What happened
"Memory care families are already going through something hard. The last thing they need is a broken process on our end. Now when someone walks through our door for a tour, we know they're the right person and they're actually ready." David
Operator, 75-bed assisted living community
Michael's community was competing against larger, PE-backed operators, and on paper, it looked healthy: beds were full. But margins were thin, because too much of his census was Medicaid waiver or low-margin private pay. Filling beds was never the challenge. Filling them with the right residents was. Michael partnered with Occupancy Partners to fix the mix, not just the count.
What we changed
What happened
"Being full was never the problem. Being full and thin was. This was the first time our growth actually showed up on the bottom line." Michael
Community manager, 90-unit independent living community
Susan's top of funnel looked healthy, a steady stream of inquiries every week. The problem was what those inquiries turned into. Some families were a year out from needing care, some were researching for a parent who hadn't agreed to move, and some had a budget that never matched. Her team was booking tours and building relationships that were never going to close, while ready families sometimes got lost in the noise.
What we changed
What happened
"We were never short on people calling in. We just didn't know which of them were actually going to move in. Once we started qualifying instead of just answering the phone, the same volume we'd always had started turning into real move-ins." Susan
Operator, continuing care community (assisted living plus respite and rehab)
Robert's community ran almost entirely on word-of-mouth and a handful of longstanding referral relationships. It worked, until two of those referral sources slowed down. There was no paid social presence, no real offer, and no CRM to track a lead once it came in, and Robert's small front-desk team was already stretched too thin to qualify or book inquiries consistently. He brought in Occupancy Partners to build an inquiry engine from the ground up.
What we changed
What happened
"We'd built this whole community on relationships, which was great until those relationships slowed down. Now we've got a real inquiry channel running alongside them, with people qualifying leads and a system tracking everything, so we're not just hoping the phone rings anymore." Robert
